Methodology
Every news article CoinArticle publishes merges reporting from one or more crypto publications. The model that writes the article also tags it with exactly one sentiment — bullish, bearish or neutral — reflecting the article's net read on the asset or sector it mainly discusses, and defaulting to neutral when a story is informational or balanced.
This page counts those tags per UTC day. Promotional articles are excluded, and today is left out until the day is complete. The series starts on August 12, 2026, when the current article pipeline went live; earlier tags were produced by a different process and are not comparable.
It measures the tone of the news flow, not prices or positioning, and is not investment advice. For sentiment per coin, see news signals.
